Who is “The Coupon Trainer?”

1. I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, teacher, leader, and Christian.

2. I live in Central, IL but no matter where I live…the southern burbs of Chicago will always be home.

3. I love music. I am a former music teacher. I love making music. Singing is my passion.

4. My favorite seasons is Spring or Fall. I love to see the grass, trees and plants coming back to life in the Spring and I love the cool weather in the Fall.

5. I love blogging and running my own website. It is a lot of hard work and takes a lot of patience and skill to build a website and attract readers, but I wouldn’t want to do anything else right now (besides singing). :)

6. My favorite quote: “Be more concerned with your character than your reputation. Character is what you really are. Reputation is just what people say you are.” -John Wooden

7. My favorite Bible verse: Proverbs 3:5-6
5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
6 in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight

    Thanks for all your info. I know it must be a lot of work. I appreciate it. You are helping me save a little money :) . I am writing to let you know that I appreciated your warning about abusing walmarts new policy. I am having friends ask me to teach them how to coupon. I want to refer them to a few blogs but I am discouraged by some. I have seen some dishonest things. I find it frustrating when i am following the rules and getting a hard time and others are abusing the system. (walmart gave me a hard time for using more than one like coupon. I was only using three, not 90!) But anyway, thanks for using integrity and encouraging others to be honest! Again I appreciate all the help you give.

    Holly,
    I really appreciate you taking the time to comment! There are times I do accidentally post things that aren’t valid or against a policy (because I’m human), but when I find out, I change it immediately. I believe that couponing is not a right, it’s a privilege. It’s important that we don’t “fly under the radar” and try to do things against a store’s coupon policy or illegally. It is so easy for someone to get caught up in getting a great deal and to be tempted to use coupons dishonestly. There are so many great deals out there, but people have to realize that a deal like that will come along again and if it doesn’t, it’s not the end of the world. Again, thank you for the kind comments and I encourage you to encourage others to coupon with integrity and honesty!
    Sincerely,
    Rebecca

    Ashley!
    Good to “hear” from you! I’m doing well and I hope you’re doing well also. I don’t have the time or space to EXTREME coupon like the show, but let me tell you I’ve saved THOUSANDS of dollars doing what I do and I love it. I hope you can learn a lot from my site! Email me if you ever have any questions.
    Becky :)
